BRING A BUDDY!!
We are having a Saturday session on May 13th which is for you guys to bring along a friend, brother, sister, aunty, neighbour...whoever you choose.
The class will be accessible for any fitness level and we will share the exact program prior to the session so you can tell your buddy what they will be doing.
You have loads of notice to round up that mate and get it in their calendar....besides the fitness fun, there will be eggs and bacon afterwards as well!
