The best place to start

The Elements group,  during winter and spring can be book for you and your partner or group of friend. The minimum number of participents is 2 people.

The Elements one-on-one, allows you to choose the times that suits you best and also you get your own private sessions with a coach.

Elements Classes will introduce you to all Crossfit movements. In addition, they prepare you for moving into group classes by providing you with education and coaching, practice of the movements and intelligent substitution exercises to suit your specific needs.

It is also the safest way that we can help you get started and be comfortable before entering a regular CrossFit class.

This course is designed for the beginner athlete, who maybe completely new to fitness or who has been on "long service leave".
This course will give the confidence you need to move forward.

You will be working in small groups with people of a similar level and you will all learn together.

The group course is a 3 session course just like the one-on-one, however, you can do it with your partner or group of mates.
There must be a minimum of 2 people.

Group course cost: $99 per person

Next starts whenever you like.
With the one-on-one format you get the luxury of choosing times that suit you.
You will also work with a coach privately and the course can be tailored to your specific needs.

One-on-one cost:  3x45min@$160
