- Its 1hr private session
- Discuss with a coach your goals and what your looking to achieve
- Movement assessment, so the coach can advise you on the most suitable next step
- Basic crossfit style workout, again to help the coach tailor the best program for you
I will be honest, not everyone loves crossfit, just like not everyone loves running or zumba.
However, after your trial session you will have a much better idea if crossfit is for you.
