Beginners Crossfit Course

  • Nervous about jumping straight into crossfit

  • Course is designed for people starting or getting back into fitness

  • Limited to 5 people

  • Private group, seperate from regular session

  • Learn how to move your body well

  • Address any injuries that might be present

  • Monday May 6th @7:30pm

  • Duration will be 2 weeks

  • 6 sessions total, (attending a minimum of 4)

  • Monday 7:30pm, Wednesday 7:30pm and Friday 6:30pm
