CrossFit Westgate is open six days a week. We run a combination of one hour session types consisting of a structured warmup with either a skill, strength and/or conditioning component.

  • WOD  (Workout Of the Day), regular crossfit workout
  • Oly-lifting (Olympic Weightlifthing Technique)
  • Open Gym (Time to work of your new skills)
  • Teens Crossfit (12-16years old)
