Jade joined us back in August 2016 after having a break from CrossFit after having her first baby. Jade wasn’t new to CrossFit, she previously trained at CrossFit Richmond and then quite immediately fit right in with the Westgate family when she started as she was an old hand at how the CrossFit Community works!
Sure, programming is incredibly important if you want achieve your goals, but it’s the combination of proper training, nutrition and recovery that will provide the greatest stimulus for gains. You need ritual and routine to drive the daily effort and progress.
