Aaron has been with us for just over a year, and from the very beginning showed a very keen interest in the Olympic weightlifting, and we can see why, he is a natural with the barbell!

Linda always walks in the door with a smile and a positive attitude, friendly to everyone around her and I think we’d all agree, definitely easy to chat too!
We’ve seen great improvement in Chris’ movement since starting with us, which is a testament to his consistency in his training.
We first met Mariah a couple of years back in 2015 when she initially tried out CrossFit up until she was struck with the travel bug and she went on an overseas adventure!
Trevor joined us in February this year after completing an Elements course. Ever since he has been a regular in the 6am sessions.
