We’ve seen great improvement in Chris’ movement since starting with us, which is a testament to his consistency in his training.
We first met Mariah a couple of years back in 2015 when she initially tried out CrossFit up until she was struck with the travel bug and she went on an overseas adventure!
Trevor joined us in February this year after completing an Elements course. Ever since he has been a regular in the 6am sessions.
Steph joined Westgate back in January this year after completing the Elements course.
Ollie joined CrossFit Westgate at the beginning of this year, after a bit of a CrossFit hiatus previously training at Richmond, and was keen to hit the ground running…and that he did!
How common is it to look at a workout for the day and pick out all the things you do and don’t like about it? Often the things you don’t like are because you aren’t as good at them? Correct?
CrossFit is a strength sport that requires endurance, not an endurance sport that requires strength. Read that line again. The way you approach that statement and the sport will clearly dictate how much success you will have.
