Time Table


CrossFit - Every workout is different but each follows the same basic structure which includes a warm-up, movement explanation, and demonstration followed by a supervised 60-minute class. All movements can be scaled to suit every individual from a beginner to an advanced athlete.

Enduro - Another constantly varied class, this time with the focus on aerobic conditioning. Longer form workouts where we throw everything at you except the barbell.

Barbell Club - A hour and 15-minute long class where the focus is on our Olympic weightlifting movements: Clean and Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Split Jerk, Hang movements etc. More specific coaching with our specialized weightlifting coach is designed to make our movements more efficient and build capacity.
